Welcome to my Blog
The subject to my first blog post must be the most widely used opening line in all of blog land and yet it’s the only one I can think of right now :O)
This Blog is all about phobias and getting rid of them not living with them, not putting up with them, not even accepting them, just plain old getting rid of or being free from your phobia.
The technique I use to do this is really easy and gentle, and if you go on my site and have a look you will see how easy it really is to learn and use or alternatively you can try it for yourself and if you go to the EFT page you will find out how to use this very simple technique
The real point of this blog is to talk about getting rid of your phobia using this technique, and all the joy that that can bring.
I know that using this technique your phobia will only have a limited time left to rule your life so while you are here try to be happy and upbeat and optimistic and know that very soon you will be phobia free.

I am really interested in your web site, it looks great and your technique seems very easy but also extremely effective.
My phobia is a strange one, I don't think for a moment you will have come across it before. I think I would prefer to email you for your advice so that you can help me.
